Q: After I complete a course, can I return and use the course for reference?
A: Yes, you will have access to the course material even after you complete the course, however you will not be able to review the quizzes or test questions. This is done to protect from user fraud.
Q: Do I have to complete the course all at once?
A: No. You are given 120 days to complete your online course allowing you to start and stop as often as necessary. Please check your course for expiration date.
Q: What is included on my Certificate of Completion?
A: Provider, your name, discipline, license number (if applicable), course title, number of contact hours, and the time and date of completion.
Q: How long will it take to receive my certificate?
A: Your E-Certificate of Completion is available immediately for print after successfully completing a course. A paper certificate is also available via standard mail, overnight, and by fax for additional cost.
